Nikana prime build

So there's a rumor that all you need here is clickbait title and even more clickbait guide to get the highest up votes on this page. I'm afraid that this might be true. There's no better, no more efficient [Nikana Prime] build on this page than this one here!!! What's changing? I know that there are both supporters and opponents of these mods, I don't like them personally, but they are mods that increase the damage done to enemies of a specific faction. Damage is calculated as a total damage multiplier against the faction, so it's kinda powerful. Why am I giving these alternatives?
