Founded in , Nitto has its headquarters in Cypress, C. The Nitto Ridge Grappler is a perfect blend of mud-terrain and all-terrain tires and features state-of-the-art technologies that offer comfortable rides on paved roads and a superior off-roading experience. But are these technologies capable of offering superior performance on- and off-road? All-terrain tires are engineered to offer on- and off-road traction and are typically used by drivers who need tires to climb rocks and perform on the highway. The Ridge Grappler has similar capabilities and it even advances to a certain extent, especially on muddy surfaces. The tire is designed for use on light trucks and SUVs and features new-gen technologies to provide a quiet and comfortable ride on paved roads and superior climbing capability on off-road surfaces.

I have never spent that much for tires. Bought a lifted truck, wanted nice tires on it, PD the price, 20k - 30k miles maybe and it rattles so bad I can't talk in a phone through Bluetooth. Rotated tires every oil change. Good looking tire, but didn't last for the price.. We got them on f, , and a Really don't gain any noteworthy off-road traction despite the on road sacrifice. Will say didnt hurt mpg and is only slightly more noisy than a less aggressive all-terrain. I've had michelins and Firestone ATs. Had them for 20k miles treadwear is pretty good honestly wish they were slicks and it would force me to eat cost and get different tires. Tires are new yet and have only had them a couple of months.

The one thing that had to go immediately on our Sprinter 2WD van was those stock wheels and tires. We wanted a tire that would give us more traction in loose conditions, but also be quiet and last long on the highway. We went with the Method MR wheels made specifically for the Sprinter van. I was happy to find out they come with lug bolts too so there was no guesswork as to which ones to buy. I purchased my wheels from 4 Wheel Parts. Since buying them from 4WP, I have found them on Amazon so that may be a decent resource now. I run these tires on my Z71 and have about 50, miles on them so far. They are quiet, ride great, and offer good off-road traction. The Terra Grappler G2s come with a 65,mile warranty and are reasonably priced. I usually buy all my tires from Discount Tire, but this time I decided to just buy them from Amazon.
