The room itself was chilly when we arrived and was not easy to adjust the temp gauge on the radiator as it was tucked right in a corner under a unit and it was stiff to turn!

There's no sitting room as you'd expect the bar doesn't really count , and the entire place is set up for large parties - conference or, presumably, touring. This in turn made my stay less relaxing.
