Looking at your past post you seem knowledgeable and debated before on forums. You sought me out for this match, and I think it is a reasonable match, so I will go first. Introductions needed? Probably not, but maybe a little more detail on what makes a Viltrumite a Supermanlite being. Smart Atoms is the "Ki" of Invincible characters powers. Its like normal Atoms, but they can do specific things that break physics really. In this case grant Viltrumites the following powers.
Omni man vegeta
Amazon Prime's superhero series Invincible ended its first season with a shocking twist regarding Mark Grayson's father Omni-Man that has many calling him another evil Superman , but considering his backstory and alien culture, he's actually far more similar to Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z. After spending his entire life convinced that Omni-Man was a peaceful hero on a mission to save the earth, it is instead revealed that Mark's dad is a brutal murderer out to conquer the known universe in the name of the Viltrumites. The first story he tells is that his home planet of Viltrum is a peaceful, utopian society who sent him to earth in order to protect the planet and shepherd its people into the future - a reference to both Superman's origin story and the idea that his purpose on earth is to uplift humanity and help them improve. But the second, true version of Omni-Man's backstory is quite different. In the final episode of Season 1, Omni-Man explains that the Viltrumites are warlike imperialists who sent spies like Omni-Man all over the universe in order to weaken other planets so the Viltrum empire could take over. And if this plan sounds familiar, it's because the Viltrumites have the same methods of conquering planets as the Saiyan race from Dragon Ball. The Saiyan method of conquering planets is to send a single Saiyan warrior into space so that they can subdue a planet and bring the population under the control of Lord Frieza. This would mean that Viltrumites and Saiyans employ the same strategy of conquest as one another. But the comparisons don't end there; both Viltrumites and Saiyans possess incredible superhuman strength, speed, and the ability to fly, making them some of the most powerful fighters in their respective universes. Additionally, both of these alien species are described as having warlike cultures where children are raised to value strength and combat prowess above everything else. As one of planet Viltrum's warrior elite, Omni-Man's mission is identical to the one Son Goku was given when he was sent to Earth as a baby. If Goku hadn't gotten amnesia as a child, it's likely he would have grown into an alien conquerer like Omni-Man. Although Nolan claims that his time on Earth meant nothing to him, the Invincible comics later reveal that living among humans and starting a family deeply affected him.
So can Mark and Nolan tank the attack if they land?

Dragon Ball fans have sparked a major Vegeta vs. Omni-Man debate following Invincible 's gory season one finale! The Amazon Prime Video original animated series recently ended its massively popular first season run with fans, and it was such a success that the series has already been picked up for not only a second season but a third as well. The final episode of the season completely pulled the veil off one of its central heroic figures, Omni-Man, as he revealed his true origins and committed several bloody and brutal acts against his son. This sent fans into a whole argument about whether or not Omni-Man could be redeemed or forgiven as a father or heroic figure , and tfwPhoebe on Twitter has sparked a whole new debate by comparing the response to Omni-Man's bloody tirade to Vegeta's old self when he was first introduced to Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball series during the Saiyan saga. So many of y'all acting like Omni Man is unforgivable like y'all ain't forgive this man Vegeta before pic. Omni-Man's true origins do compare particularly closely with the Saiyans in the Dragon Ball series.

Then die from no oxygen. No one saying they cant blow up worlds as I aknowledge it. A ship whose scale is shown to the planet it is harvesting. Omni-Man managed to recover from the attack after connecting with his healing factor. People shouldn't interfere like this. This post is dogshit OMG no offense but the points here are absolutely terrible. Here is several exmplaes of Mark doing just that. Last scan states specifically that their bodies attain these speeds near instant time frames. Omni Man was train in hand to hand combat and a veteran of more crazy wacky powerful enemies than the Sayains fought at this point in time. Im sure no amount of persuasion from me will change your mind either way. Maybe few years from now when Invincible as a show get more respect and popularity for Invincible fans on this site. Vegeta was fully powered so the argument of he had no Ki or his Ki Shields were down is not valid.

Then die from no oxygen. So we're back on? So heats not the issue. Thats reaction feats. Thragg is unfair by scaling to Omni Man. Enough feats there I think. Mark lifts a corner of a multi story building while severally injured and on a bad leg. So what gives? I arrogantly use that every now and then, including recent put downs on Goldchamp, being HOF is not measure of success. However, Nolan overwhelmed Vegeta with a heavy, stiff blow to the chest, and then Omni-Man knocked his foe down with a fierce axe handle to the head, point-blank. Its like normal Atoms, but they can do specific things that break physics really. Ever compare me to your little weak alien race! Omni Man was train in hand to hand combat and a veteran of more crazy wacky powerful enemies than the Sayains fought at this point in time. Nolan flew back into the battle, gazing upon Vegeta.
