Hours after all this, i finally get an email, the only thing ive gotten from microsoft in quite a while because i never use it , saying that my account was successfully charged for a family plan, nothing about the dispute at all. Is this going to be a long drawn out ordeal just to get back money i never agreed to spend back, or is Microsoft an honest and quick acting company?
