Evri posted a delivery delay on 5th Jan for an order that was due to be delivered by 11th Jan. When I contacted Optimalprint on 13th Jan their response was just "contact us again if you still haven't received it optimal print reviews days and we'll issue a reprint".

When I contacted Optimalprint on 13th Jan their response was just "contact us again if you still haven't received it in days and we'll issue a reprint". If I had contacted them days earlier I would presumably have had that reprint issued by now. I understand companies can't control what Evri does but they need to either stop using Evri or be prepared to put things right when they inevitably go wrong. Do not use this vendor if you wish to make a good impression with your invitations. Incredible print, incredible quality, the paper is beautiful and glossy, the hard cover is so durable and the cookies extremely vivid. Having read these customer reviews it has put a huge amount of pressure and doubt. Stay well clear everyone as they just shift blame. How do I know I can trust these reviews about OptimalPrint.
