InMalcolm Allen opened a small bicycle rental company on Cardinal Drive. Allen began by offering strictly rental service, and the business immediately gained popularity among locals with a taste for outdoor adventure, orchid island bikes & kayaks. As customers fell in love with the top quality toys they rented, the rental end of the company gradually expanded into the selling of new equipment, and eventually into the full service bicycle, kayak and paddleboard business it is today. Absolutely the best equipment and customer service. Highly recommend. Cannot say enough good things about them they are the best rental company in Vero Beach. Left bike for accident repair, got back many weeks later with bike still in need of further repair. Seemed like staff lacked basic business practices as well as skilled technicians.
