Is there any way to stop their music and just have normal Org music? My ears are being burned alive right now. Logged in, roamed around a bit. You could… walk away from the vulpera playing the flute to not hear the flute. But yeah, muting music on and off a few times fixed it. A bit annoying but oh well.

Nestled into a system of valleys on the northern edge of Durotar , the imposing warrior city is the seat of the Horde Council that governs the entire faction. It is the primary hub for player characters of the Horde and, as with all capital cities, has banks , class and profession trainers , and auction houses. The equivalent hub for the Alliance is Stormwind City. Orgrimmar has been the central hub of the orc community since the end of the Third War. The city was founded by Thrall and named after his friend and mentor, the former Warchief Orgrim Doomhammer. It is a fortified complex guarded by stout walls, massive gates, and tall towers. The mountainous ranges of northern Durotar form a natural barrier to the rear of the fortress, and parts of the complex are carved into the mountain itself.

Storywise, right now org is meant to be a place that everyone is held in an iron grip of oppression by the kor'kohn, none dare speak against Garrosh, children are conscripted into the front line, and the city is no longer a home for the horde but a place of dread.
