Cuisines: Barbecue. The food taste the same as when I was eating there back in the day. I'm not sure what some people are referring to when they complain about their experience there because my family and I look forward to going there to eat. We did takeout the quality of the barbecue has gone way down. The consistency is much finer and they grind up the viseral fat along with some small bone. The taste has also been diminished as well. This is very disappointing. Will not buy it anymore. Grew up on Parker's still enjoy trips home and trips to Parkers. Parker's BBQ operates like a well oiled machine as always.
