The Sha Warvo Shrine looks very simple, but deceptively so. Run down the platform to the first gust and jump while paragliding to boost up to the next platform. From this next one, two platforms are up higher above - head to the one one the right to continue one. Take him out to claim the Purple Rupee from the chest.
