The trunk's light will turn on whenever it's open. To check that the light is functioning properly, locate the micro-switch. You can find it under the trunk latch, and access it by taking off the black-plastic panel with your fingers. There's a hole of about 15mm in the floor of the trunk in the space under the spare tire toward the front, just right passenger side of center. I've contacted the Pelican Parts experts and they cannot find a reference in the Porsche Parts Catalog. They suggested I post a message of inquiry on this forum.
