The Korok Forest in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a location filled with mysteries - all hiding under the cover of dense fog. Thankfully, you'll have your trusty Korok friends nearby to help you on your journey, but not all of these little ones help free-of-charge. Some, it turns out, will require an unusual fee. Throughout your journey, you've probably come across Golden Apples at some point. These random drops are welcome in meals or as treats for your horsey companions, but they're inconsistent to rely upon. That is, however, until you find the secret grove shrouded in the heart of Korok Forest. And it is these apples that will pave your way to a rich reward. To begin this quest, you'll need to have entered Korok Forest and alleviated it of its Gloom Curse. Once done, you should be able to climb the lit path to the right of the Deku Tree. It is a bit of a hill, and the lights are all what appear to be glowing pea pods. At the end of it, you'll see a large green Crystal and a small Korok beside it with a quest prompt. Speak with the Korok to learn that he requires five Golden Apple s. They grow at the heart of Mido Swamp just ahead. If you have all five already, you can give him the apples straight away and take the Crystal thereby skipping this entire quest. Mido Swamp is crawling with several enemies.
