Qas volleyball

These squads are comprised of athletes who have been identified by Volleyball Australia coaches and National Pathway Talent Identification scouts. This program trains dual discipline, beach and indoor volleyball, twice a week and the scholarship period runs from April to March the following year. We encourage all of our athletes to participate in these other programs simultaneously with their Elite Development training to create a daily training regimen. We are a participation training program as opposed to a volleyball club team that competes targeted towards long-term athlete development to help progress athletes up the volleyball pathway in Australia. Athletes train once per week during school terms, and the trainings typically include specific technical or tactical work which is then developed into gameplay or other gameplay scenarios.
