This is an early release version of Questie for 1. Many things are missing, but its all being ported in slowly. Hello, great addon but can you please add an option to disable the insta-accept of quests? Is this working for anyone? Installed and it does not show up in the addon list when I launch.

This is one addon I will stay away from personally. I don't want my hand held when it comes to Classic questing. All power to those who do like it though. It would be cool if there was some kind of options where you could be like, I've been stuck on this quest forever, then it kinda hints you a bit. So: let's play Classic to have the pure classic experience and all of that people say But then install an addon to have something similar to the actual live features All ok for me xD. If you want that sort of functionality then you could just keep the addon disabled by default and enable it when you want the hint. For example, how could the addon know you were not just afk for X period of time or decided to do content that wasn't related to a quest you have sitting in your quest log? The people on private servers didn't mind it at all, in fact it was just part of the classic 1. One less resource hungry, i have read comments from people and even content creators that mention that Questie is good at causing lag and fps issues. A few have mentioned RestedXP, i thought we had to pay for that one, and TomTom…i am not familiar with these and how heavy they are or not in the game. I can tell you that TomTom does not provide routes for quest sequences. It just provides map co-ordinates. This is very useful when you see a Wowhead comment saying the gadget is at All add-ons must be distributed free of charge. Do you really need to find something lighter than Questie?

Follow the installation guide and make sure to grab the latest release! Have you restarted the WoW client? If yes, you can try to reset the Questie settings by deleting the following files. This is likely because of a conflict with another addon. Make sure you have the latest version installed. If not try to disable all addons except Questie and see if that works. I know, because I lose my way constantly. But objective markers and waypoints are quality-of-life features that make leveling a breeze. It features start and turn-in points, party member progress, and more. The thing about addons, though, is that downloading and updating them can be confusing. For a good while, I avoided using them in Classic and retail WoW just to avoid the hassle. In fact, once you have them set up, updating them will often take less than five minutes. Feel free to use the quick links below for your preferred method. Installing Questie is much like applying other WoW addons. When an addon gets a database update, there is no way to avoid recalculating all the quests or items or whatever it is keeping track of.

That said I find the two tools overlapping to be very distracting when looking at the map and, well, I can only disable one of them…. It just provides map co-ordinates.
