Raft walkthrough
This raft walkthrough is part of IGN's Raft Wiki guide and details everything you need to know about combating sharks, raft walkthrough, exploring abandoned ships and islands to gather resources, and general everyday survival tips and tricks needed to survive in the world of Raft successfully.
The location known as Utopia in Raft is first mentioned at the top of the Radio Tower , the very first story island in the game. As players visit more story islands, they learn about more characters, and all of them seem to be heading to this mysterious location. However, by the time players reach Utopia it's a far cry from what its name implies. Most of the island's inhabitants have been locked up by the mad industrialist Olof, and players must defeat him to end his tyrannical reign. The climax of Raft has been a long time coming especially for players who started in the early access days , so players should ready themselves for a real fight. When players first arrive in Utopia, they'll most likely come up to a large purple and green raft first.

Now it's time for another cog puzzle.
You can help Raft Wiki by expanding it. This Story page attempts to explain the overall story line, as well as the notes and pictures found underway. The story can be started by crafting and installing a Receiver and three Antennas on the raft. Four-digit codes found around the world of Raft can be entered into the Receiver, and the story line can be started. All such codes are randomized from player to player.
Balboa Island is the third story island in Raft. The name is most likely a reference to its "Rocky" nature, but aside from its intimidating size, this island also introduces a whole new biome to the game: Evergreen. With that evergreen biome comes new hazards like bears and bees and new resources like birch trees, pine trees, and honey. Balboa is also a large island with a confusing layout and limited access to certain locations, so it helps to know where to go and which tools are most useful once Raft players hit the beach. When players first spot Balboa Island in the distance, they may have trouble finding a place to land. Despite appearances, there are three options available. The first is a wide beach covered in stones, the second is a small beach with a natural ramp tucked between two cliffs, and the third is a waterway that cuts across part of the island. The best place to land is probably the small beach because the water beneath it has fewer resources than the large beach or the sand near the waterway.

Players of Raft who finish exploring Caravan Town will learn the code to reach Tangaroa, a location with a strong connection to the overarching story about sea levels rising out of control. Tangaroa is an attempt to solve this problem, but much like the other story islands players can visit , something has gone wrong. Tangaroa isn't as physically big as Balboa Island, but it's even more vertical and hard to navigate than Caravan Town. Raft players who want to explore every corner and uncover every note, blueprint, and secret within will need to get themselves ready for a long trek.

The 20th token is also on the 2nd floor of the large igloo, under a pillow on a couch. Take care not to stay too close for too long as they do cause a fair amount of damage. The 10th cache is further in the building after the tunnel. A missing child is mentioned. When it comes to staying hydrated, it's vital that you also craft an Empty Cup to hold and transport your water. Many of them are note writers from previous islands , and Olof is here in a cage. Make sure you have a good weapon and some Healing Salve, because your next fight is against a much bigger and deadlier hyena boss called Alpha. For Temperance I built a huuuuge ramp above the island, took screenshots, put them together and drew above it. Needed to build with the hammer: Foundation Armor 1. Well, here's a complete breakdown of each item and the percentage chance at receiving each potential reward.
A city of the future housed in a huge glass dome, this is by far the most civilized area you've covered so far. However, that doesn't mean it's without danger. There is a subterranean maze, electrified water, and a huge risk of drowning - and that's all before you've even reached the streets above and discovered the deadly butler robots patrolling the avenues.
Instead, continue forward to the warehouse, but before entering use the ladder on the right to open another shortcut. It's just next to the ladder you use to get in and a blueprint. In and around the tower the player will find various hints in form of notes and transcripts about the survivors previously stationed at the tower. Plank 6 , Rope 8. There's one behind an herb stand straight ahead, one on a blue stand to the left, and two more on a blue stand by a circular hut. After jumping down the big hole, you reach a large room with a note, a key, a blueprint and a doll. Pick up the planks near the generator part and climb up the ladder to the generator. This item will only be visible in searches to you, your friends, and admins. Let's be honest; death happens to even the best of us, as sometimes there is just no avoiding it. The location known as Utopia in Raft is first mentioned at the top of the Radio Tower , the very first story island in the game. Above a tunnel linking the two buildings there's a hole in the wall guarded by jellyfish. Go back into the cafeteria and out through the door marked ' Exit '. Acting almost as a save spot, the bed will serve as a respawn point should you die and will also allow you to skip nights. When it's ready, use a Drinking Glass to take it. You'll have the chance to collect resources such as Clay, Sand, Scrap, and Seaweed.
