Wendy, one of the urban explorers who went into the building, explained how the experience of going inside was bizarre as the walls held so many family memories for her.

In the last couple of years before it closed completely many people posted vicious TripAdvisor reviews saying it smelt of wee, dirty nappies and mould. And there were concerns about the age of the staff, many were teenagers themselves, and the lack of supervision.
