Fluff in the spell says "A ray of freezing air and ice projects from your pointing finger. Recently in another thread I saw PC who used it to make sheets of ice. Is that legal? In other words, if I cast drench and my familiar uses a wand of ray of frost at the exact same moment, ray of frost pathfinder, can I turn it into a snow storm instead?
