September I really wanted to like this place in my neighborhood. We usually go to Larchmont to Spicy Shallot which is excellent. But Red Lotus is closer. The place was empty with just a few takeout orders being prepared. The food was just OK. Arrived at the table quickly and the waitress was cordial.
