Winkler City Council was also updated on the services that Regional Connections provides to newcomers at its four offices including Winkler, Altona, Morden and Dauphin. Reynolds also touched on how Regional Connections has been able to adjust to pandemic conditions and changing health guidelines, and still provide essential services in a safe and reasonable manner. We've had a positive working relationship with the City over the years, with Council and the staff, and partnered together on things like Culturefest and the Harvest Festival and some different things at different times. I think part of what can help make immigration successful and work well and help people get integrated and connected is good partnerships.
