We have opportunities for an enthusiastic and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly Rapid Personalised Care Service team. This is a community based role working with our patients, in their own homes. The successful candidate will work as part of our dedicated team providing high standards of care for our patients and those people who are important to them. Although based in the RPCS community team at Rennie Grove Peace - Tring, post holders may occasionally be required to work in other Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care settings in order to ensure adequate staffing levels and gain experience of the wider hospice delivery of care. At Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, we're all about making every moment matter for our patients and families, and you can play your part in that. We provide care and support for adults and children diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illness, and their families, visiting day and night. Its important work and, to make it all happen, we need talented and passionate people. If successful, you will join on the first working Monday of the month so we can best support you with our structured induction programme.
