The staff had a good understanding of dietary restrictions for coeliacs and brought gf bread with my meal. Alba Baranda. Viernes, 11 de marzo , Actualizado h. A ellos hay que sumar los numerosos quesos artesanos que se elaboran en Castuera o en Zarza de Granadilla, en Ribera del Fresno o en Palomero. Somos una potencia quesera mundial y, sobre todo, nuestros quesos y tortas tienen una personalidad que los distingue. En Extremadura, claro. Concretamente, en uno de sus mejores restaurantes. Una torta la corona. Pero, como dice Claudio, «cada uno que empiece por donde le apetezca». Siempre jugando con las diferentes texturas y curaciones.
