This was my most anticipated meal of the roadtrip, at the Michelin Bib Gourmand recognized Alberca Asador. I was enamored as soon as I stepped thought the door. The walls were a mix of stone, brick, wood, and white painted plaster, the tables and chairs I ordered a water, and a glass of verdejo, from Ruiz Torres, a vineyard in Extremadura, near Guadalupe, while I connected to their WiFi and opened the menu. I am slightly allergic to wine, so I don't drink it often, I do enjoy it, and this particular wine was crisp and refreshing. This bread was amazing, and I'm one who really enjoys good bread.
