A pretty little fishing village, Sant Elm is the closest port to the national park of Sa Dragonera. The scenery in this part of the island is very tropical.

Calamares Andaluz, breaded with cickpeas flour. Gambas Ceviche with Mango and Cardamomo. Jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese, fried. Chicken marinaded in soy, ginger and orange juice, cooked of course! Goat cheese salad with serrano and walnuts.

San Telmo is delightfully set on the west coast of Mallorca and located in the municipality of Andratx. A small town in a beautiful location it is placed right next to the Tramuntana mountains. In these sunny herbaceous surroundings you can 'flutter' with the butterflies and relate with nature. Sant Elm is a place of great natural beauty and is a departure from the madding crowd. Of interest to many will be the Torre de Sant Elm. This is a very old sailors hospital opposite the island Pantaleu. Indeed, it has historic significance for it has been used for the care of sailors since the Middle Ages. In Sant Elm you will discover waterfront restaurants, each with their unique view. The cuisine tends towards seafood. Unsurprisingly, many bathers, scuba drivers, undersea explorers are drawn to the area. There is here to be found crystal clear waters, inlets and bays, the peace and quiet essential to perusing sea life in its unchanged natural surroundings. To assist those new to the pastime there is a popular diving school that will be pleased to welcome you and show you the ropes. The locality has many picturesque beaches: Carregador is a small pebble beach frequented by the inhabitants of Sant Elm. Geperut or The Beach of Sant Elm, is the largest beach and here one enjoys clean fine white sand. It is popular with both locals and tourists.

Fantastic place with great menu. Nice restaurant to chill. We had a pleasure dinner. But the best part was the special dessert they made just for that day. It was a mousse with a shape of an egg covered in white chocolate on top of This is by far the best restaurant in Sant Elm and there are some other very good places.

Certainly does not match the price. Hummus and toast. Small Steak Tartar. Panoramic restaurant. Aperol Spritz. Regional french cuisine. Korean restaurant. Vietnamese restaurant. Unusual restaurant. Francis Double Cheddar, Bacon and tartar sauce. This is not a built up resort - in fact there are only four hotels - so we had thought to stop at one of the little rustic fish restaurants on the front and enjoy the lovely sea views.
