Comment by Senton Current state of quest is bugged I think, I freed 15 spirits from the Gibbering Ghouls or something and I had the quest on complete, logged out and back in today just to find that all spirits are missing and the quest still pops up as undone, well I tried to do the same thing again and clicked on the spirits and nothing. Each ghost will produce 1 to 4 souls. They then turn into "Freed" souls and you get credit for the quest. Did you free her? Best if you have something else IRL to do between pulls, and then check back with the target spam. They spawn next to nearby houses as well as walk into them when coming down the street towards you.
