Claim this business. I love seafood. Rockin Baja isn't extraordinary, but it's a favorite place to go. The one located on Oceanside Harbor is relaxing and peaceful. Their buckets are delicious and they usually have pretty good drink specials. The atmosphere and food are a great combination. This review will be posted anonymously.

The seven of us, three adults and four children ranging in age from 1 to 12 years old, lunched at the restaurant. The location was great as it was in the harbor area, it had outdoor and indoor seating, with the interior appearing as one We dined on items across the spectrum of the menu. The adults thought the food was okay, but the two preteenagers who dined on hamburgers commented they were good for a seafood restaurant. Our server was very considerate of the children, the service timely, and the price, in my opinion, was a little steep for the meal. We both got the big 25 oz beers. There were people waiting to sit outside but it was one of those marine layer days so we were happy to sit inside at a table near the bar so we could talk. Because he paid for lunch I don't have the receipt to know who our server was but she was so attentive.

Hugo was the chef the night I visited this place. I had the BEST, most tender, well seasoned skirt steak ever. The seafood was well flavored and absolutely delicious. Rona the manager was attentive and brought the cook out so that he could receive his compliments. My friend and I stumbled on this place while out in Oceanside.
