I know as I grow as an agency and need to employ staff, PropertyMe will be the most effective management system to use. The fact that it is cloud based, end of month takes very little time no backups , easy communication with landlords and tenants, great time management. I haven't come across anything I don't like, I have used other property management systems throughout my 15 plus years in the industry and it is so user friendly.

For example, we had an issue with our air conditioning before Christmas and, once communication is off the app, many delays ensued which resulted in the appropriate part not even being ordered until 12 days after it stopped working. In this day and age of potential instant communication, that was insanely inefficient and unnecessary not to mention frustrating during a summer heatwave!
