Looks great ,works well , difficult to install do to the Rossi design. But i like the result, and slicked up some of the bolt while rifle was apart. Great finish, perfect fit, best price with free shipping. My old Rossi trapper. I wanted to put a large loop lever on it and bought this one. My gun is an Interarms stamped one of unknown age. I bought it used sometime around '' When I tried to install the lever, it was obviously too tight. I took it to a gunsmith who told me he needed to do some milling to make it fit. Not at all disappointed. My rifle is old enough to be a little different. I replaced the standard small loop with the large loop, installation was fairly easy. Rifle looks and works much better now. Great "loop" for the price!.

Best to use a professional gunsmith if you are not comfortable doing tear down it is a very detailed procedure plus you can has your gunsmith do some slicking up of bolt and work on the trigger pull. It fit and functioned perfectly once I installed it properly. I first thought it didn't fit, but it was pilot error. There is a pin under an access screw that must be fully seated, which was a little harder than I thought. Looks good just wish it would fit closer to the stock it has a gap when closed. The only way i know to improve upon it, Rossi quality--as expected. Install not for a beginner. Fits and looks great. Putting the big loop on all my Rossi's. A nightmare ,on line videos do not address this change. No instructions with lever.

The grouping at 25 yards on paper is around 2 inches, plenty accurate for this little gun. The 45 Colt works fine in these rifles, BUT you have to make sure you work the lever alllllll the way making sure the carrier lifts up enough for a cartrdige to get pushed in by the bolt. I sent Steve Steve's Gunz an email and told him of my experience. I like the way a 92 handles.
