The service was good and the food was excellent. Would book this seat again. The right hand armrest is immoveable but the left does move. Would fly again. I have taken it twice now and the leg room is more than adequate, slightly more recline in the seat, and a general feeling of more comfort. We had 33j and 33l with 33k open, so was able to put up the arm rests and lay down. While this seems like a choice seat since there's a little extra legroom and no one in front of you , these seats are often chosen by families with small babies since the divider wall allows a baby bassinet hookup. All Economy passengers are packed in incredibly tightly. Menus and hot towels to freshen up were distributed to the main cabin - a nice touch. Great recline too. If this was known ahead of time I would not have booked it for my daughter. Seat 10 A is a standard Business Class seat however, the proximity to the galleys may be bothersome. Very comfortable seat. One additional note: these IFE screens do NOT pivot, so when someone reclines in front of you with your screen attached, it's not the best angle.

Pre-ordered my meal delish, but I'm weird, I like airplane food , watched a movie, and went to sleep for several hours. I really feel comfortable in that cabin and I love these small suites. The forward business class mini-cabin feels very private. In my opinion, the best food on board is served by Air India and Turkish Airlines. Above 6A the airline has used the overhead bin space for emergency equipment, so there is no overhead bin space above this seat. A baby bassinette was attached to the bulkhead in coach--luckily I had the worlds quietest baby on my flight. The galley has chillers with fans that run at high RPM most of the time, increasing the noise level in this seemingly private cabin section tremendously. The right hand armrest is immoveable but the left does move. The seat itself, while not extremely private, is very comfortable and the IFE is very impressive. Very little back support, used the provided pillow for lumbar support. I'm going to try to get all of my future trans-Atlantic flights on this plane. Good, well modeled, great value. On our southbound flight there were two infants and one toddler in the business class section about three rows ahead of us, all in the same row. Meal service was quick, though, so 90 mins in and I was snoozing.
