They have proven to be durable, portable and versatile. I generally prefer a slight v-shape to my sound, but still closer to neutral. Underneath the case lies a plate with 4 pairs of eartips medium set already installed on the earphones for a total of 5 pairs , an earwax cleaning tool and papers. The flip case is magnetically bound and constructed from high density foam and genuine leather with a small metal plate containing the serial number. Instead, I use a chimes mint tin with a craft foam lining that provides much more protection. The earphones are also made in Germany which is becoming increasingly rare since even premium products from Bose, Oppo, Bowers and Wilkins and Klipsch are made in China. The housings are absolutely scratch resistant, putting it into perspective, ceramic is over 4x harder than even steel not tougher , but they may crack if you drop them on marble tiles or similar materials.

Sorry, there was a problem. When I got them, I couldn't believe how sennheiser ie800 they were and how they get such a big sound from them, sennheiser ie800. As a result, the lower mids of IE are more neutral with less body and less warmth, and upper mids are a little thinner and brighter in comparison to IES where mids have more body and sound a little warmer and smoother.

Pros : Musicality and precision in Treble and Basst, amazing cooperation of all levels, can make you cry when listening to high res favorites. When listening to classical, the instruments have body, you are able to discern the texture of every single instrument. They are very dependent on the right ear tips to get goos sound but if you take the time to get it right, the sound is just great. Typically, I tend to enjoy listening to music at higher volumes because it just seems to sound better that way. In comparison, on the SE, the sounds just pop up "in your face" in the right or left channel. There are side holes, where you store the jack for protection. What we have here is an ultra powerful but also ultra revealing system which will put the IEs to an extreme test. Isolation is pretty good, but is probably worse than a BA setup due to the smaller housings. Very nice headphone. Exemplary reproduction, is in guitars. Similar items that may ship from close to you. This is pretty good, not nonexistent bass like, say, the Shure SE , but I would compare it to something between the white and blue SE filters and even then the SE might be very slightly better in terms of quality.
