The duo behind a much-loved Korean restaurant in Norwich city centre have expanded with a new takeaway shop a stone's throw away. Then, after spotting the perfect premises for their own restaurant, they relocated to Norwich. The Kimchi has built up a huge customer base over the last four years and it is fully booked most evenings. Mr Kim and Mrs Park have now launched a second city eatery called Seoul Born, which is in the former home of the fish and chip shop in Orford Place. Mrs Park said: "Our restaurant is small so we wanted to open Seoul Born so more people can enjoy our food and it also gives us the space to do takeaways. The rice bowls come with either fried chicken, fried prawns or grilled chicken thighs, served with apple kimchi slaw, pickled vegetables, dumplings, seasonal greens and glass noodles.
