Hanta Sero has a fairly normal appearance when he's in his civilian attire and he doesn't stand out very much. However, the character's Quirk is on the more creative side and it helps Sero stand out. His Tape Quirk dispenses an adhesive material from his elbows — which he's able to shoot out to either bind opponents, create traps, or swing from for transportation. My Hero Academia has slowly built a large stable of characters to the point that there are now dozens of developed individuals.
