Has seller agreed to the return to Shopee? Do not believe 'change of mind' is a normal option for returns. It's up to shopee to make the decision - not the seller. Shopee would make decision on wrong or defective item - but if you made an agreement outside the buying platform they are in no way responsible and they say so in terms of service I am sure.
