I have always found the staff extremely friendly. Have found some awesome finds. I love the recycle and the fact that all proceeds go to charity. You can't beat that!! As others have stated, extremely rude staff. I asked a question about a price being different on two near identical items and the staff member Dare was very condescending. I think her name was Tuna and she said that it's their "policy" to only hold it for 1 hour even though I'v seen the same bag under the name "tony" with the words "hold please" in behind the showcase for a week now.
