We had issues with our viewing card not being recognised a few months ago and was issued with a new card. Then we started having similar issues with the card to the point this week we were sent a new Q box. This arrived a few hours ago, I've followed all the set up procedures including the software updates. Then I got to the pairing of the viewing card, and guess what the new box doesn't recognise the view card as being in the slot. I've cleaned it and replaced it dozens of times and still no joy. So I've a new box and a few months old replacement card and still the problem hasn't been resolved. You are my last resort, so hoping you can help esculate this problem. In that time I have had the box replaced, the sky card replaced and for about a month no issues but come home this evening and once agin the viewing card is not being recognised.
