Below is a guide to each of the Typhon Log locations. As you go into the main building, you should see two flights of stairs before the battle area, which will take you to the second floor. The third and final Atlas HQ Typhon Log location can be found in the Lobby of Self-Actualization, where you have to defend off the various waves of enemies. You should see a courtyard with a bunch of turrets on the second floor balcony. The balconies are split left and right, you want to go right. The first Meridian Metroplex Typhon Log location can be found in a grassy patch under a bridge containing Maliwan containers. Jump over the container and keep going along the ledge. Slide under the tube blocking your way and you should see the Meridian Metroplex Typhon Dead Drop in front of you. Hop in and ride to the next level, then take the second set of stairs that you pass it should be on your right. Go up one set of stairs and then look left and you should see a small sheet metal gutter guard looking thing. It is fairly close to the first location and will be easy to spot.
Run all the way down here towards the red light at the end, but be careful not to fall down the hole in the floor at the end.
