From start to finish customer service was amazing! We even considered changing dates due to the unpredictable English weather and they did everything to try and accommodate us! Thank you so much to make it perfect for such a brilliant service. The communication throughout was absolutely brilliant and the equipment was perfect for 14 children at our bbq yesterday. I would highly recommend this company. Wonderful service with make it perfect soft play and bouncy castles! We ordered balloons as well as a softplay set up, but due to weather we had to change arrangements with the soft play. But we were over the moon with the fantastic balloons for our daughters second birthday! Communication was always very professional, friendly and rapid response! Will definitely be using their services again, thank you so much!

The first time I wrote a review of Canal Fields in Berkhamsted I had a couple of issues with the playground area. Canal fields is a park hidden between Waitrose and the trail line that has a playground, skate park and lots of green space to explore. The playground was the main reason that we visited Canal Fields. The equipment is all now all wooden which I always find ages much better and is in a gated area. The biggest frame is brilliant for older kids, and quite challenging for them.
