Lace up your skates! We have lots of exciting things planned to help families celebrate the holiday season. Skate rental is included in the ticket price. Our new concession vendor, Totally Baked Pretzels, is ready to serve everyone some yummy pretzels and food! Princess Night will be on Thursday, December 22nd! Come join Elsa and Anna for storytime, photo opportunities and even a sing-a-long from pm to 7pm. There is never a charge for storytime or visiting the characters.

The ice skating rink will be resurfaced at pm and pm each day so that the skating experience is better and safer than ever! Free parking is available in the parking garage located on College Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. Tickets provide one skate session on the ice. Skate rental is included in price of admission. Skates are given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. If we are out of your size, we will offer you a similar size if available or you can wait until more skates are returned. Child size skates have limited availability. Large Groups 25 or more must reach out to [email protected] for reservations and pricing details. There will be two sessions for kids to Get Out and Learn some hockey skills! Equipment is provided.

WBKO - As colder weather has arrived and looks to be on the horizon for the foreseeable future, so does frozen fun in the form of ice skating for Southcentral Kentuckians. The 6, square-foot ice rink accommodates up to ice skaters. With the holidays right around the corner, the outside of the rink was decorated with Christmas trees, lights, and giant blow-up figures in the form of Santa, the Grinch, and many other Christmas icons. In , the rink reopened with safety protocols in tact, but had to cancel the rest of the season due to the December tornadoes. The weather is perfect for the ice, the environment is great, and the community is showing up. We just really appreciate it. We are just ready to have a normal and complete season, and hopefully no other issues at all. Skip to content.

Soky ice rink

It allows people to experience ice skating right here at home without having to drive long distances. This is the case for Sarah Murphy and her family. This stay at home mother loves being able to experience a night of fun with her family right here in Bowling Green. The Ice Rink allows others to experience ice skating for the first time and, in the case of Evelyn Finley, they might find something they love. You can check-out the sleds for free after the cost of admission. Parents can even use rubber coverings for their shoes to push the sleds, which are also provided at the ice rink. Levis said they were able to provide the equipment through grant funding.
