Spamton G. IT'S ME!!! It's still DARK He provides an optional sidequest that leads you to the Superboss of Chapter 2, and has a major role in the Weird Route, both while fueling his own agenda. He is the second of the Holders of the Shadow Crystals, and unlike his predecessor Jevil, has more importance to the plot of his chapter. Affably Evil : Zig-zagged in the normal route or if you abort a Weird Route. Spamton tries to act like a personable salesman at all times, but his tone jumps from genuine affability to self-serving sleaziness and, after he possesses the NEO body, to murderous insanity. First, Spamton offers Kris a scheme to help both "hit it '[BIG]'", as long as you follow his ominous instructions; however, while doing so, he treats Kris like either an old pal or a trusted customer who he has known for a long time. He switches back to "genuinely affable" again during the pacifist outcome, giving up when he realizes the gang was cutting at his wires, and changes his tune into appreciating their help, seemingly in a twisted perversion of Undertale 's concept. Alas, Poor Villain : After you beat him in a neutral route, if you go back to talk to Swatch or the Addisons, they lament his ultimate fate. Swatch says he was once a valued customer, and the Addisons, despite having abandoned him in the past, are still heartbroken by the news of his apparent demise. Amazing Technicolor Population : Like the Addisons, Spamton's design is humanoid, but with an abnormal skin color — chalk-white in this case. Ambidextrous Sprite : The colors of his glasses yellow and pink sometimes swap as he turns around.

In the Snowgrave Route, after spamton enemies in the area have been frozen by NoelleSpamton sells Kris the Thorn Ring from a dumpster, spamton, presumably where he lives.

This part of the Deltarune walkthrough explains how to find and defeat the Chapter 2 Secret Boss. Spamton's a key player in this, especially since he sells you the KeyGen to enter the Mansion 's Secret Room. That's where you find the Basement that leads to the Secret Boss. Talk to the sentient garbage can with the googly eyes for their account of a "little funny guy" muttering something about deals to the west. Walk all the way to the left until you reach a dead end with a black gaping hole in the wall. It might look like a part of the scenery, but it's actually the entrance to Spamton's shop. Don't be afraid of going inside. It's just another shop. Most of Spamton's wares are essentially useless except for the KeyGen. You need it to unlock the Secret Boss in the Mansion.

Both are prominent celebrities in their communities, recognized for their bombastic personalities, and both assume robotic forms labeled "EX" and "NEO". Whether your spared him or fought him, his last scene drops the erratic speech patterns, solemnly encourages the trio to break their "own strings", and rewards you with his equipment and the Shadow Crystal. The body of this form looks like a disheveled Mettaton NEO with a gaudy pink and yellow color scheme, and a laser cannon mounted onto his hand. Spamton G. Spamton's nose just so happens to be perpetually large, symbolizing his insincerity as a salesperson. Also, they're both oddly possessive of the main character of their respective games though to be fair, Flowey has mistaken Frisk for being the Fallen Child, whereas Spamton literally just sees Kris as their only friend. On the Normal Route, fighting Spamton on his regular form is mandatory; on the Weird Route, however, you meet him while he hides in the "secret" dumpster as he carefully avoids any contact with Kris and Noelle on their killing spree and tries to deal with them to reach his NEO form. If the player were to buy the KeyGen from him, it would be able to open a gate in the Queen's mansion letting the player grab a disc in a broken mechanism that looks to be a humanoid, upload him into the disk, and then put the disk back into the mechanism. Dare to buy them, and you can check your inventory to see that what you bought is heavily outclassed at best and outright harmful at worst. Elephant in the Living Room : After encountering him, you can backtrack to the Cyber City and talk to the Addisons, apparently trying to ask them if they know anything about Spamton. He is initially encountered in Cyber City , where he is fought as a miniboss. Madness Makeover : We get a glimpse of what might've been his original appearance in a worn-down advertisement near his dumpster and an air freshener sold on Fangamer , and the Addisons around town claim he was just like them at one point. Screw This, I'm Outta Here : Defeat his first encounter with violence, and he'll angrily ditch the scene, permanently locking off the rest of his sidequest. Deadly Euphemism : Apparently, "work out" seems to be Spamton's way of saying murder, as he calls your killing spree during the Weird Route a Friday-night work out when talking to him in the dumpster. Duel Boss : His initial battle is the only boss fight in Chapter 2 that Kris faces alone in the normal route.

Spamton , full name Spamton G. Spamton , is a Darkner from the Cyber World. He is initially encountered in Cyber City , where he is fought as a miniboss.

Beware the Silly Ones : He might be Laughably Evil incarnate and an obvious parody of Snake Oil Salesmen and Honest Johns Dealerships , but don't let that fool you; This guy can terrify Kris practically every time he's on-screen, and proves on the Weird Route that he might be one of the most dangerous and evil characters in the entire series if given the right amount of help. After he lost his sanity, he resorted to poorly imitating Swatch's outfit. Abandoned by all of his friends, Spamton was reduced to living in a dumpster in a Cyber City alleyway. Depraved Dwarf : Unlike his fellow Addisons, who are slightly taller than the main protagonists, Spamton is just barely shorter than Kris and is depicted as unstable and manipulative, especially during the Weird Route. The Trash Zone, his shop, and the alley where his garbage can is all have glitches somewhere. OH, [Right]. He is a homeless, unhinged salesman from the Cyber World who crosses paths with Kris and tries to take their SOUL under the promise of turning them into a big shot. Establishing Character Moment : You first encounter him as he hops out of a dumpster while trying to pitch you a "deal" in electronic Word Salad , showing a manic fascination for your "[HeartShapedObject]". After Ralsei calls him "corrupted data" that was discarded, Kris gets goosebumps, and if Kris tells Ralsei and Susie that they are not fine, they are reduced to yelling their answer. The least useless of his items is his "B.
