I would not use this company if you are looking for customer service. The shuttle sat empty and the driver, after about 45 minutes, drove off with no passengers. Return service was on time, got us to the airport with time to spare. We had good experience with this shuttle. Pre book a taxi instead. Horrible planning! No but they failed to pick us up and were not answering their phones. Our friends confirmed an AM pickup at hotel and their driver also did not make it they ended up taking a Lyft.
