Nothings marked on their menu to tell you either so you just have to hope you get a knowledgeable staff. I ordered the gluten free crust pizza. The waiter informed me the white sauce had gluten in it which was very helpful. The pizza they brought me was incorrect, a normal crust, but they made me another one the right way. Overall this is a decent gluten free pizza establishment and I would return.
