Not sure if it's just me, but it sometimes feels as if the system is a little biased toward giving me certain Duo boons, more so than others. For example, if I have Athena, Poseidon, and Demeter in my build, and my next boon comes from Athena, even without the upgraded rarity, it seems as though Stubborn Roots will pop up. Meanwhile, the other Duo, "Unshakeable Mettle", is less likely to appear, even with upgraded rarity. Besides Stubborn Roots, Calculated Risk, Parting Shot, Smoldering Air, Lightning Rod, and sometimes Exclusive Access also seem slightly more prone to pop up than other Legendary or Duo boons meanwhile boons such as Merciful End, Scintillating Feast, and Splitting Headache seem to be a little more elusive, even if the requirements for getting them are satisfied. It seems to matter not whether I accept them in the run or not — they just keep coming back regardless. Part of me wonders if it has to do with the gods I've taken boons from in general

Duo Boons are less rare than Legendary Boons, but there's still some quirks that you should know about beforehand. The Mirror of Night holds many upgrades for Zagreus, which require both Darkness and Keys to unlock them. These grants all sorts of buffs, and the more you play, the more you will begin to experiment with them depending on your runs and, of course, playstyle. Once you have completed the first list just unlocked all the upgrades, it's not necessary to have spent Darkness in all of them , and with a significant sum of keys, you'll be able to unlock a variant that includes many other abilities.
