Each semester, we welcome our new students to campus and celebrate the return of students who have been away. Move-in at Geneseo is a busy and fun time! Below we have provided a summary of the essential information for students settling in or back in to campus. Our new students will participate in a central check-in process. Note that each student will receive a designated check in window time slot in early August. It is important that you plan to check in during that time slot to avoid delays both at check in and at the residence hall. We space out student check in for each hall and floor to limit delays as much as possible. All students must arrive prior to pm to ensure they can be checked in prior to central check in closing. As a reminder, while we have a limited number of carts available, students and families should plan and prepare to move in without one if one is not available during your arrival. You must vacate the unload zone as quickly as possible to make room for the next vehicle.
