Or give every teamate a floating crystal thing that'll fire it's own unique projectile at an independent fire rate when they fire their weapons or mele at enemies. That crystal status thing would also be an interesting way to make her weapons unique and stand out as utility CC weapons which are a thing that don't really exist outside of vitrica or high status weapons with CC statuses, which nobody really uses them like that. Plus and extra status for CO to build on.

One that could be interesting is a unique buff to ally's weapons. This alone should tell you how it benefits the team.
