You notice poor service when waiters push for the more expensive items on the menu. Sur Balik Arnavutkoy staff did follow this rule. Our waiter Embrer that is how his name sounded recommended jumbo shrimps almost USD per kg! But he was at his worst when at the end of the nigh we asked him for a taxi and he said sure. That was the last time we heard of him even or perhaps because of as we tipped him over the amount set by the restaurant. The food at this place is good and some dishes are very good but The service does not correspond with the prices of the food items. We went to this restaurant because our hotel Park Hyatt recommended it highly. However, either the restaurant improves the service of its staff or Park Hyatt changes its recommendation as it is not possible that guests are treated in such an unprofessional way. Had it been for the staff of the Sur Balik restaurant my kids and I would have seen the sunrise waiting for the taxi they were going to get us. Never again.
