Sweet Home, directed by Young-woo Jang and Eung-bok Lee and written by Kim Hyung-min, Park So-Jeong, Hong So-ri, Kim Kan-bi, and Hwang Young-Chan, is a series based on the Line Webtoon of the same name which tells the story of the inhabitants of the building who are trying to tackle an epidemic which is turning everyone into monsters. But it ends up being a cut above the rest by going as hard as possible in terms of heart-thumping action and emotionally-driven character moments. I was hooked on it. Now, when I saw the trailer, I thought that the rose-tinted glasses have started to come off and I have started to see the cracks in terms of CGI, camera-work, editing, etc. It was a bittersweet moment because it felt like I was about to break up with someone. I would have given shout-outs to the cinematographer, sound designer, production designer, and everyone involved in the technical side of the show.
