Tacón de marlín

This culinary icon of the Tex — Mex gastronomy was born in the Mexican border city of Juarez Chihuahua and is now widely known in all of Mexico, the United States and other parts of the world. Burritos are made with a flour tortilla 7in diameter rolled and cooked then filled with a variety of ingredients, the most commonly use are beans, cheese and meat. The salad is courtesy of the restaurant and you can eat all you want, on my las visit with a couple of friends we tried three different burritos: shrimp with smoked marlin picture below , crab and sea bas with shrimp, all three were to die for! Another highlight of this eatery is the sauces, they offer two: mild and spicy. I by far prefer the spicy one, it has oregano, garlic and serrano pepper. And for the dressing lovers they have chipotle and garlic. Below a picture of the crew, thank you guys for offering such friendly and attentive service and incredibly awesome burritos! Just returned from my 8th trip to Vallarta! From here on out, it will be my first and last meal in Vallarta! Holy Yumminess!!!! Hi Stephanie, come back soon! Start by chopping the tomatoes, onions, chiles serranos, thinly chop the garlic, and the cilantro for this authentic Mexican recipe. Heat up a pan. First add the 2 tbsp olive oil, then add the garlic, add the poblano, add the onion, and fry until tender. Let simmer until all the tomato juice has been absorbed into the other ingredients, stirring occasionally might take about 15 minutes. Now make each burrito: place a tortilla on a place, then use a serving spoon to scoop a portion of marlin onto the tortilla, then roll your tortilla up like this.

But now, the rest of the world is also taking notice. However, if you want to experience tasty food that truly represents the region, street food is the way to go. Street food vendors in Puerto Vallarta sell a wide range of dishes, many unique to the city.

A good fish taco is a fresh and invigorating treat, but there are many restaurants that have mediocre or just plain bad versions.
