Kitchen Appliances. Bought a full set of top of the line appliances - the sales people were friendly and nice. They confirmed that the fume hood selected as part of the package would be easily installed to the kitchen that we had. Flash forward a few months - the installation team has been her twice - haven't done anything. Fume hood is still in boxes waiting two months now for the install. Three appliance panels still in boxes waiting for them to install. A TV delivered with a flaw in the screen, still waiting replacement.

LG fridge. I cant begin to tell you what a terrible experience we had exchanging and LG fridge that was still under warranty. We were without a replacement fridge for over 3 weeks. During which time we were sent two defective fridges which were removed. We have been loyal customers of Tasco for 30 years. The worst company in the city to deal with. Complete incompetence. Cant get anything right, terrible scheduling, terrible communication, delivery. The whole process is awful. Go somewhere else! Five appliances purchased. Tasco told us they were delivering the five appliances we purchased and to pay in full. The day after we paid, they told us three were not available. The oven never did come and they didnt care. They also failed to service a brand new fridge.
Please avoid and go somewhere else! Purchased a washer and dryer and also paid for the hook up and removal of old ones, tasco appliances.
My wife and I are in the process of re-modeling our kitchen. One of the major expenses is all new appliances and anyone who knows me, knows that this requires significant research to ensure we get the best appliances for the best price. So, we visited a number of appliance locations for advice and pricing. We ended up deciding on KitchenAid and coming back to Tasco because we really liked the sales person the customer service experience even though their prices were higher than a couple other locations. We wondered if he would match their price and promotion? He spoke to KitchenAid and then offered to match this stand mixer offer, PLUS add in a set of special pots to work with our new induction cooktop. Everyone seemed very happy.
