Hello Mike, Thank you for choosing us and for your excellent review! Options were presented quickly and someone came over our place to restore water service after a few hours. They were courteous, efficient, Thank you Chris. I would not contact anyone else when it comes to heating and air conditioning. Great experience. Furnace motor replaced. Mae emailed, texted and rang me throughout the process to keep me informed and assisted me with the Fortis rebate application. They installed my AC the next day, cleaned up after themselves and were open to suggestions throughout the process. The employees are all A-1, 1st class. WOW am I glad I found you guys. Four technicians including Tek's owner, Chris, came to install the equipment. They also responded quickly to a small issue different model of thermostat requested and switched it out the very next day.
