A boutique yoga surf hotel with individual teak bungalow for your stay in Costa Rica. Our hotel fully embodies the yoga and surf spirit of Playa Tamarindo, with upscale accommodations set comfortably in our jungle paradise. The Beach Bungalows provides its guests with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience beautiful Tamarindo. With nearby restaurants, clubs, boutiques, yoga studios and grocery stores, and the beach only a few minutes' walk away, we are close to all the fun but just far enough away to be relaxing. We strive to create a genuine "get away" feel for our guests in a unique garden setting with a friendly and attentive staff, our resident cat and the occasional visiting monkeys. In our continuing efforts to be environmentally friendly, we use a state of the art water treatment system that allows gray water to be used for irrigation, helping to conserve precious resources, and a water purification system that makes the water from all taps drinkable. We are also proud to support Salve Monos, an organization committed to preserving and protecting Tamarindo's howler monkey population. Free wi-fi on the property. Plaza Esmeralda is 11 minutes on foot from the accommodation, while Tamarindo Night Market is approximately a 5-minute walk away. For those travelling from afar, Tamarindo airport is 10 minutes' drive away. Some units at the accommodation include an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. A free continental breakfast is a perfect way to start the day. We loved our 2 nights here. The location was perfect, for example, Con Mucho Gusto was at a moderate distance from the hotel. The local beach was wonderful.
