Extremely unprofessional people. I booked an appointment for 4 30 and reached by 4 Ajay the junior stylist had gone out and I waited. The person took 45 minutes to cut the length of my hair to a straight line. After doing this, I told him to go further short to which Sabaa the receptionist came in to say that 45 minutes are over and there is another client waiting. They did not even apply a serum in the end. She requested me to wait so that after another appointment was over they would attend to me. I am not sure which part of the world do these people belong to where they can treat a customer like this. Making someone wait before and after the appointment? Good God bless you guys paying for a hair wash and trim, no serum, no customer satisfaction made me decide I am not stepping in this salon and will recommend anybody against it. Thank you.
